Civil Investigations
UsenetNewsServer protects its customers by not releasing personal information or usage information unless directed to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction to attorneys, investigators or agencies. Criminal Investigations
UsenetNewsServer cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies. Notwithstanding UsenetNewsServer will not relinquish customer information except by court order, as required by the Fourth Amendment.
